NASCAR driver Joey Logano believes fitness and professional racing “go hand-in-hand.”
He’s helping to promote the benefits of fitness and his own race team at the grand opening of Planet Fitness in Newberry Township beginning at noon on Oct. 3. Logano will help cut the ribbon and provide photo opportunities with fans at the facility located at 42 Robinhood Drive until 2 p.m.
“I work out every day and staying in shape is key to being successful on the race track,” the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series champion said. “As a professional driver, cardio strength is so important.
